All sales are final, HOWEVER: If you received a compact disc that is defective or damaged, you may be eligible to exchange your CD for a new one. Basic definitions of a defective or damaged CD include, but are not limited to:
- Unplayable out of the sleeve
- CD damaged in transit (package showing visible signs of damage)
If we determine that your item was damaged intentionally, no exchange will be offered.
If you find that the product needs to be returned for an exchange, you can send your return with your sales order number included to:
